Value, clean, location, comfy beds. The pool area is small but very clean, gets good sunshine. Loved the free snacks in lobby and the lobby bathrooms availability since we were a big party with one toilet. Walkable to many restaurants near the ferry landing side. Grocery store a block away. Free underground parking and elevator was very nice.

Everything about the breakfast was awesome and a good variety. This is our first visit to a Best Western property, and I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, mini kitchen space, and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and especially gave us some good tips where our family of 3 generations could go out for dinner. The market close to the hotel gave us the ability to buy beverages and snacks which was helpful!

Professional Staff, Clean Room, Housekeeping was excellent. All facilities were clean and functional. Exellent location for exploring Coronado and the SD area.

The breakfast included tasty hot options. The room was very large and comfortable. The location was great - a nice walk to the ferry land for my commute into San Diego. Free parking was plentiful and there was an elevator.

While I did not eat breakfast there; only b/c I was visiting family, I believe it was Juan who helped me. I know in your records it will state who helped. HE WAS / IS AN ASSET to the company. He represents you as a corporation, and he would have me come back to stay there. Polite, considerate, informative, honest, reliable, always present if something as simple as a towel was needed. Kind, respectful. IAtrue statement to his own personal character. I do hope you acknowledge that more than a piece of paper saying, " good job" . Good help is not easy to find, and GREAT help, like he was, is rare. Take care of your employees, and they will take care of you. THank you so much for a great stay.

All the staff were very friendly, like they owned the hotel themselves. Parking was good, but a bit tight under the hotel. Room 318 was very large, plenty of room. They use Keurig coffee makers and refill with various blends, so if you want a specific type, they might have it.

The complimentary breakfast was yummy each day. Not far from the bus stop to take you into San Diego or the ferry is 10 minute walk roughly. The staff were all friendly, happy and helpful.

Great location, complete necessities in the room such as toiletries, microwave and fridge. Spacious room and even bathroom. Inclusive breakfast.

Great location. Able to walk to everything. Main beach about a mile away but smaller beach and ferry to San Diego just a few blocks. Comfy bed and pristine room.
